Yes, you can cancel your Somake subscription at any time through your account settings. You'll continue to have access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.

Credits are added to your Somake account immediately after your subscription payment is processed and become available for use right away.

Yes, Somake allows you to use AI-generated images for both personal and commercial purposes. However, you are solely responsible for how you use any content created with our platform.

Subscribers own the content they create and have full usage rights. Free trial users can use the content only for personal purposes, but Somake retains ownership of content created during the free trial.

While our tools are designed to help you create original content, we cannot guarantee that images generated through our service will not inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted materials or trademarks. You must ensure that your use of any AI-generated images complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to identity rights, creative ownership, trademarks, and intellectual property.

Somake accepts major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay for monthly subscriptions.

Refunds are generally not offered. Exceptions apply only if all the following conditions are met:

1. Within 3 days of subscription start.

2. Credit usage does not exceed 50 credits(including the gift credits).

If eligible, the refund will be calculated based on your usage, minus a 6% service fee from the original payment.

Refund Example: For a Basic yearly plan, if 30 credits were used within 3 days:

Refund = $95 - (30/1000 * $95/12) - ($95 * 0.06)
