- Refunds: Refunds are generally not offered. Exceptions apply only if all the following conditions are met:
- Within 3 days of subscription start.
- Credit usage does not exceed 50 credits(including the gift credits).
If eligible, the refund will be calculated based on your usage, minus a 6% service fee from the original payment.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings — no support contact required, no retention forms, no multi-step confirmation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep full access to your plan until then. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Customer Support: If you're experiencing issues, are not satisfied with our service, or believe a charge is in error, please contact us at [email protected]. We respond to all refund-related inquiries within 2-3 business days, and aim to resolve all billing concerns within 7-14 days.
- Consumed Credits: Credits that have been consumed (used to generate content) are non-refundable. Unused credits remain in your account until the end of your subscription period.
